Terms of Service

The terms that govern your use of our website and travel services.

Last updated: September 2026

1. Agreement

By using this website and booking travel with Makkah Madinah Hajji Services (“we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Our services

We arrange Hajj and Umrah packages, including flights, accommodation, ground transport, visa facilitation and guidance, as described in the package you select. We act as an agent and are not an airline or hotel provider; third-party services are subject to their own terms.

3. Bookings and pricing

A booking is confirmed only once we accept your request and the required deposit is received. Prices are shown in the currency of the selected package and may change until full payment is received, subject to provider and exchange-rate changes we disclose to you. You are responsible for providing accurate traveller and passport details.

4. Payments

Payments are processed through secure third-party providers (Pesapal and, where applicable, Flutterwave). We never store your full card details. A payment is only treated as received after our provider confirms it; confirmation in your portal may lag briefly.

5. Documents and visas

You must supply a valid passport (typically valid for at least six months) and any other documents we request. Visa issuance is at the discretion of the relevant authorities; we facilitate applications but cannot guarantee approval. Fees paid for visa processing are generally non-refundable once submitted.

6. Cancellations and changes

Cancellation and change terms, including applicable fees, are set out in our Refund Policy and in your package description. Requests must be made in writing. Provider penalties (airlines, hotels) will be passed on where they apply.

7. Your conduct

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to access other users’ accounts, or submit false information. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss or damage arising from events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of third-party suppliers, government actions, or force majeure. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Uganda.
