Question 1

What documents do I need to book a package?

Accepted Answer

A valid passport (with at least 6 months validity), passport-size photographs and a completed booking form. For Hajj and some Umrah packages, vaccination certificates (including meningitis) are required. Our advisors guide you through the full checklist.

Question 2

Can I pay in installments?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We offer flexible installment plans on most packages. A deposit secures your seat and the balance can be cleared in agreed installments before departure.

Question 3

Are flights included in the package price?

Accepted Answer

All our standard packages include return economy flights from Entebbe International Airport, along with airport and inter-city transfers in Saudi Arabia.

Question 4

How close are the hotels to the Haram?

Accepted Answer

Hotel proximity varies by package tier. Economy packages are typically within 500–700m of the Haram, while VIP and VVIP tiers offer 5-star accommodation as close as 200–400m.

Question 5

Do you provide guides who speak Luganda?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our group leaders and guides speak both English and Luganda and accompany you through every ritual and ziyarah.

Question 6

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

Accepted Answer

Refunds depend on how far in advance you cancel and on non-refundable costs already committed (such as visas and flights). Full terms are shared at the time of booking.

Question 7

Is travel insurance included?

Accepted Answer

Travel insurance is not included by default but can be arranged on request. We strongly recommend it for all pilgrims.

Question 8

When should I book Hajj 2027?

Accepted Answer

Hajj seats are limited and allocated on a quota basis, so we recommend booking as early as possible — ideally 6–12 months ahead — to guarantee your place.
